Artzaintsa is Amy Beth Dingle’s professional and creative platform featuring writing, photography, and an archive of diverse projects.
Her projects focus on agriculture, the land, and bits of truth folded up into normal, everyday moments.
Amy Beth graduated from Southwestern University with a degree in International Studies, specializing in anthropology, Spanish language, and Latin America. She completed the three-year spiritual and leadership development program at the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry and earned a Certification in Professional Editing from the U.C. Berkeley Extension.
Amy Beth has worked as a freelance writer in the Ag industry, a “beer lady” at the rodeo, a private tutor, a children’s pastor, a small town newspaper reporter, and an all around on farm assistant at an organic fruit farm.
Amy Beth has traveled to 20 countries and spent extended time in South America and China. She currently lives in West Texas with her husband, Alex, and two little boys. Together, Amy Beth and Alex own Brothers Plumbing.
Artzaintsa means shepherdess in Basque.
